• Modernization of Scenery Lighting of the Rio de Janeiro Municipal Theatre – El Paso Energy and Rio de Janeiro Secretariat of Energy and Naval Industry - ”Viva a Luz” Show directed by Jorge Fernando for 2,000 people: creation and organisation – April 8, 2003.
• 3rd Brazilian Forum on Retail Trends and Social Responsibility – September 27, 2002 – Result of a partnership between Instituto Souza Cruz, FGV/SP, and Philip Morris Brasil – held in São Paulo. We supplied services involving mailing, air tickets, accommodation, convention management, food and beverage, airport reception, overall support, and advising during the entire event.
• Rio Oil and Gas 2002 (September) – Assembling booths for several companies in the world’s largest Oil fair, as well as coordination of various services (accommodation, caterers, transportation, airport transfer) World Petroleum Congress – Registration and escorting several congress participants.
• El Paso Energy International: Corner Stone Placement of the Macaé Merchant Thermoelectric Plant, April 2001 and New Plant Launch November 2002 – 300 participants - business representatives and local political officials, including the Governor of the Sate of Rio de Janeiro. Project launch plan and execution, including delivering invitations, making drawings, landscaping, protocol, event tent with partitions and carpeting, air conditioning, generators, portable toilets, caterers, water supply system, wiring, cleaning, security staff, hostesses, VIP and press rooms.
• Opening of the South American Headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, June 2001 with the presence of the El Paso Chairman of the Board, a Minister of State, and other officials.
  Year-End Parties since 1999 plus the calendar of events scheduled for the city and state of Rio de Janeiro. UEG Araucária (Paraná State) Plant opening on September 30th, 2002.
• Volvo Ocean Race 2002: Volvo Penta, Volvo Veículos do Brasil, Banco Volvo ( Volvo Serviços Financeiros), Volvo Car – The world’s largest nautical event and transoceanic race– Rio de Janeiro Feb-Mar 2002, sailing from Marina da Glória on March 9th, 2002, with over 200 participants.
  Pontoverde provided services involving airport pick up, transfers, coach rental, accommodation in different Rio de Janeiro hotels, sight-seeing and other tours with specialised guides, boat rentals for the start of the race, with décor and buffet, dinners, and an ocean cruise on the Splendour of the Seas.
• Volvo Penta, Region International Sales & Marketing Conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – Volvo Penta do Brasil with 150 participants – March 2001.Planning and management of the entire event.
• McCann-Erickson Publicidade – Rio de Janeiro/São Paulo Headquarters: Annual convention held at the Transamérica Ilha de Comandatuba resort in Bahia State – February 2001 – Latin America – USA – Europe – 350 participants. Planning and management of the entire event.
• Santander Central Hispano / Banco Santander Bozano – Telecommunication, Media and Internet Conference: June 8th and 9th, 2000 – Hotel do Frade resort in Angra dos Reis, with 180 participants.
• Sulzer do Brasil and Fuldinox – São Bernardo do Campo, Greater São Paulo City: Oil and Gas Fair, booth planning and assembly.
• Bridgestone Firestone: Formula Indy 2000. Pontoverde provided services involving airport pick up, transfers, coach rental, accommodation in Rio de Janeiro hotel, sight – seeing with specialised guides, dinners and hospitality center- “ Autódromo Jacarépagua”.
• SmithKline Beecham Latin America Sales Convention: January 2000: Award ceremony for the company’s best 1999 Latin American directors and managers, at the Sheraton Rio Hotel for 2000 participants. The entire convention was planned and coordinated jointly by SmithKlineBeecham Latin American and Mexico top management and Pontoverde.
• European Union Executive Committee – Belgium: July 1999 - Rio Othon Palace Hotel with 150 participants. Planning and management of the entire event; hotel network surveillance and accommodation in 150 room, renting of three conference halls; dinners, sight-seeing tours; individual airport transfers in taxis and vans; flight reconfirmation; event secretariat, including producing and distributing folders and badges; simultaneous translation and transcriptions
• SmithKline eecham Tiofarn Product Launch – August 1999 - Club Méditerranée, for 150 articipants. Sales managers throughout Brazil – Planning and management of the entire event. .
